Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) / The Edge Malaysia (มาเลเซีย) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / Inquirer (ฟิลิปปินส์) / หลายสานัก - เมื่อ 19 ส.ค. 2568 สานักพระราชวังไทยได้ออกแถลงการณ์เรื่อง สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดา ทรงพระประชวร ฉบับที่ 5 ระบุว่า คณะแพทย์ยังคงถวายการรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ขณะนี้ยังมีความดัน พระโลหิตต่าจึงได้ถวายพระโอสถเพื่อกระตุ้นความดันพระโลหิต ร่วมกับพระโอสถปฏิชีวนะและการใช้อุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์

2. The Independent (สหราชอาณาจักร) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / Inquirer (ฟิลิปปินส์) / Khmer Times (กัมพูชา) - รษก.นรม. ไทย แถลงว่า ทปช. สมช. มีมติให้สั่งฟ้อง ปธ. วุฒิสภา และ นรม. กพช. ในข้อหารุกล้าอธิปไตยไทย แม้ว่าขณะนี้ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีการเจรจาเพื่อหาข้อตกลงระยะยาวเกี่ยวกับปัญหาชายแดนไทย–กพช. แล้วก็ตาม ด้าน กต. กพช. ออกแถลงการณ์แสดงความกังวล โดยเห็นว่า จะเป็น การบ่อนทาลาย คสพ. ของทั้งสอง ปท. อีกทั้งส่งผลกระทบต่อความพยายามที่ผ่านมาในการบรรลุ ข้อตกลงหยุดยิงถาวรและการฟื้นฟู คสพ.

Bernama/The Sun/Malay Mail (มาเลเซีย) - นรม. มซ. หารือทางโทรศัพท์กับ รษก.นรม. ไทย ถึงการปฏิบัติงานของคณะสังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราว (IOT) เพื่อสร้างสันติภาพอย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวชายแดน ไทย - กพช. โดยฝ่ายไทยยืนยันว่า ต้องการให้ IOT ดาเนินงานตามข้อตกลง ทปช. GBC เมื่อวันที่ 7 ส.ค. 2568 และเสนอให้มีการทบทวนการปฏิบัติงานของ IOT ใน กปช. GBC ครั้งต่อไป หากจาเป็น พร้อมทั้งขอบคุณ มซ. ที่ช่วยอานวยความสะดวกและสนับสนุนความพยายามของไทยในการแก้ไขปัญหาชายแดนอย่างสันติ ผ่านการเจรจาทวิภาคีกับ กพช. ขณะเดียวกันฝ่าย มซ. ยังได้หารือกับ นรม. กพช. ถึงการประเมินผล การปฏิบัติงานและการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทางานของ IOT ในอนาคต

The Business Times (สิงคโปร์) - รนรม./รมว.กค. ไทย กล่าวปาฐกถาในงาน Singapore Regional Business Forum ที่กรุงเทพฯ ว่า คสพ. ทาง ศก. รว. ไทยกับ สป. มีรากฐานจากการค้าและการลงทุน ที่ครอบคลุมและตั้งอยู่บนกฎเกณฑ์ที่ชัดเจนมาอย่างยาวนาน โดย สป. เป็นศูนย์กลางที่บริษัทนานาชาติเข้ามาจดทะเบียนเพื่อบริหารการลงทุนในภูมิภาค รวมถึงไทย โดยในช่วงทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา BOI ไทยได้อนุมัติ คาขอลงทุนจากต่างชาติกว่า 33,000 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการลงทุนจาก สป. จีน และฮ่องกง มุ่งเน้นไปที่ศูนย์ข้อมูล เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขั้นสูง และยานยนต์

The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / The Star (มาเลเซีย) - รมว.ทส. ไทย และ รมว.รง/รมต. กากับดูแล ด้านพลังงานและวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีประจา ก. การค้าและ อก. สป. ได้ร่วมลงนามข้อตกลง ด้านคาร์บอนเครดิตในงาน Singapore Regional Business Forum ที่กรุงเทพฯ ทาให้ไทยกลายเป็น ปท. แรกใน อช.ตอ.ฉต. ที่บรรลุข้อตกลงซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิตกับ สป. ซึ่งจะเปิดโอกาสให้ รบ. หรือบริษัท สป. ที่ต้องชาระภาษีคาร์บอนใน ปท. สามารถซื้อเครดิตจากไทย เพื่อนาไปชดเชย การปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกบางส่วน

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / SCMP (ฮ่องกง) / Lanka Sara/Sri Lanka Mirror (ศรีลังกา) - รมว.รง. ไทย เปิดเผยว่า ครม. ได้อนุมัติการจ้างแรงงานชาวศรีลังกา เพื่อแก้ปัญหา การขาดแคลนแรงงาน หลังแรงงานชาว กพช. ทยอยเดินทางกลับ ปท. จากเหตุความขัดแย้งชายแดน ไทย - กพช. ขณะนี้มีแรงงานชาวศรีลังกา 30,000 คนที่ได้ลงทะเบียนแล้ว โดย 10,000 คนจะถูกส่งเข้ามาทางานในไทยในระยะแรก พร้อมทั้งระบุว่า ไทยจะเปิดรับแรงงานจากเนปาล บังกลาเทศ อซ. และ ฟป. ด้วย

CNA/The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / Free Malaysia Today (มาเลเซีย) / หลายสานัก - ผู้ประกอบการและผู้ส่งออกตามแนวชายแดนไทย - มม. กาลังเผชิญวิกฤตหลังทางการ มม. สั่งปิดสะพานมิตรภาพไทย - มม. แห่งที่ 2 โดยไม่มีการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้า ส่งผลให้การขนส่งสินค้าข้ามแดนหยุดชะงักและกระทบการค้าชายแดน โดยคาสั่งดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของมาตรการปราบปราม เพื่อดึงรายได้จากการค้าชายแดนเข้าสู่ รบ. หลังจากที่รายได้จานวนมากก่อนหน้านี้ตกอยู่ในมือของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ติดอาวุธ โดยเฉพาะกองกาลังพิทักษ์ชายแดน (BGF) ซึ่งเป็นกาลังหลักทางทหารในพื้นที่

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / CNA (สิงคโปร์) - สภาอุตฯ ไทย เปิดเผยว่าดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นภาค อก. ไทยในเดือน ก.ค. 2568 ลดลงมาอยู่ที่ 86.6 จาก 87.7 ในเดือนก่อนหน้า ซึ่งนับเป็นการลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เป็นเดือนที่ 5 และต่าสุดในรอบ 3 ปี เป็นผลมาจากมาตรการทางภาษีของสหรัฐฯ สถานการณ์น้าท่วม ในภาคเหนือ รวมถึงความขัดแย้งชายแดนไทย - กพช. ที่ทาให้การค้าชายแดนหยุดชะงัก ขณะเดียวกัน ภาคเกษตรก็ได้รับผลกระทบจากการที่แรงงานชาว กพช. เดินทางกลับ ปท. นอกจากนี้ คาดการณ์ว่า ในช่วง 3 เดือนข้างหน้า ดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นฯ มีแนวโน้มปรับลดลงอีก

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) - จนท. อส. เปิดเผยว่า อส. กาลังพิจารณาข้อเสนอหยุดยิง 60 วัน ควบคู่กับการถอนกาลังทหารบางส่วน และการเปิดทางให้ คชล. ด้านมนุษยธรรมเข้าสู่ฉนวนกาซามากขึ้น เพื่อแลกกับการปล่อยตัวประกันครึ่งหนึ่งในฉนวนกาซา พร้อมย้าว่าตัวประกันชาว อส. ทุกคนจะต้องได้รับการปล่อยตัว จึงจะสามารถยุติสงครามได้ ทั้งนี้ อส. เคยยอมรับข้อตกลงดังกล่าว ซึ่งริเริ่มโดยผู้แทนพิเศษของ ปธน. สหรัฐฯ แต่การเจรจาสะดุดลงจากความไม่เห็นพ้องในรายละเอียดบางประการ
