1. Bernama/Malay Mail (มาเลเซีย) - นรม. มาเลเซีย กล่าวถึงความพยายามของมาเลเซียที่จะเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในอาเซียนด้วยการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายแดน เช่น บริเวณคาบสมุทรทางตอนเหนือที่ติดกับไทย และชายแดนรัฐซาบาห์และซาราวักที่ติดกับอินโดนีเซีย ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมกิจกรรมทาง ศก. ที่เป็นประโยชน์ ต่อ ปชช. บริเวณชายแดน ทั้งยังกล่าวถึงความสาคัญของอาเซียนในการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับ ความเสี่ยงจากภัยพิบัติและทาง ศก.

2. Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) - รนรม./รมว.กค. ไทย กล่าวว่า ไทยจะไม่เร่งรีบ ในการเดินทางไปเจรจากับสหรัฐฯ เนื่องจากต้องใช้ระยะเวลาในการเตรียมข้อเสนอบางประการ โดยไทย จะพยายามทาให้การค้ากับสหรัฐฯ มีความสมดุลภายในเวลา 10 ปี ด้วยการเพิ่มการนาเข้า การลดภาษี บางประการที่สูงต่อสินค้าจากสหรัฐฯ และการแก้ไขอุปสรรคอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ภาษี

3. AniNews (อินเดีย) / Times of Oman (โอมาน) - สนง. ผู้แทนการค้าสหรัฐฯ (USTR) เปิดเผย 10 แนวปฏิบัติทางการค้าที่ไม่เป็นธรรมต่อผู้ส่งออกของสหรัฐฯ ซึ่งแตกต่างกันไปตามประเภทสินค้าที่สหรัฐฯ ต้องการเข้าไปทาตลาด ในส่วนของไทย มีการจากัดการนาเข้าเอทานอลเชื้อเพลิงด้วยการกาหนดให้ ต้องมีใบอนุญาตนาเข้า ซึ่งฝ่ายไทยไม่ได้อนุมัติใบอนุญาตดังกล่าวมาตั้งแต่ปี 2548 ทั้งนี้ หากสหรัฐฯ สามารถเข้าถึงตลาดดังกล่าวได้ในไทยและอินเดีย จะทาให้การส่งออกมีมูลค่าเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างน้อย 414 ล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ/ปี

Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) / The Business Times (สิงคโปร์) - นายเผ่าภูมิ โรจนสกุล รมช.กค. เปิดเผยว่า ครม. มีมติเห็นชอบลดค่าจดทะเบียนโอนอสังหาริมทรัพย์สาหรับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่มีมูลค่าต่ากว่า 7 ล้านบาท จากเดิมร้อยละ 2 เหลือร้อยละ 0.01 และค่าจดจานอง จากเดิมร้อยละ 1 เหลือร้อยละ 0.01 จนถึง 30 มิ.ย. 2569 เนื่องจาก อก. อสังหาริมทรัพย์ประสบปัญหายอดขายตกอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับ การผ่อนคลายเกณฑ์สินเชื่อเงินกู้ของ ธปท. เมื่อเดือนที่แล้ว

9. AP/CNN (สหรัฐฯ) / Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / หลายสานัก - โฆษก รบ. สหรัฐฯ กล่าวว่า สหรัฐฯ เตรียมเรียกเก็บภาษีสินค้าจากจีนสูงถึงร้อยละ 104 ซึ่งเดิมจีนจะต้องเผชิญกับภาษีที่เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 34 ตามมาตรการภาษีตอบโต้ของสหรัฐฯ แต่ ปธน. สหรัฐฯ ได้เพิ่มขึ้นอีกร้อยละ 50 หลังจากที่จีนยืนยันที่จะใช้ภาษีตอบโต้ในอัตราเท่ากัน ขณะที่ พณ. จีน คัดค้านมาตรการดังกล่าวและยืนยันว่า จะตอบโต้สหรัฐฯ ต่อไป
