สรุปประมวลท่าทีสื่อต่างประเทศต่อประเทศไทย ประจาวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2568
โดยกรมสารนิเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
1. Asia News Network (สิงคโปร์) - โฆษก กต.เนเปาล กล่าวว่า ในห้วงการเยือนไทย รว. 2 - 4 เม.ย. 2568 ของ นรม.เนปาล เพื่อเข้าร่วม กปช. ผู้นา BIMSTEC ครั้งที่ 6 แล้วนั้น ยังมีความเป็นไปได้ที่ นรม.ฯ จะเยือนไทยในลักษณะทวิภาคี โดยไทยและเนปาลอาจมีการลงนามในข้อตกลงร่วมกันหลายฉบับ ในห้วง กปช. ดังกล่าว อย่างไรก็ตาม ข้อตกลงข้างต้นยังอยู่ในขั้นตอนการหารือร่วมกัน รว. ทั้งสอง ปท.

2. Xinhua/China Daily/Global Times (จีน) / SCMP (ฮ่องกง) - กห.จีน ประกาศว่า ทร.ไทยและจีน จะจัดการฝึกร่วมผสมทางทะเล Blue Strike-2025 ในมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ตั้งแต่ปลายเดือน มี.ค. - ต้นเดือน เม.ย. ศกนี้ โดยการฝึกซ้อมจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่กลยุทธ์การต่อต้านการก่อการร้ายในเมือง การปฏิบัติการโจมตีทางทะเลร่วมกัน และการฝึกฝนการทาสงครามต่อต้านเรือดาน้า ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในทางปฏิบัติ และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการร่วมกัน รว.ทร.ของทั้งสอง ปท.

3. Vietnam Plus (เวียดนาม) - สมาคมไทย - เวียดนาม ใน จ.นครพนม ร่วมกับหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น ได้จัดงานเปิดตัวถนนสายอาหารไทย - เวียดนาม ที่ จ.นครพนม เมื่อ 22 มี.ค. 2568 โดยมี ผวจ.นครพนม และ กสญ.เวียดนาม/จ.ขอนแก่น เข้าร่วม โดยถนนเส้นนี้จะมีส่วนสาคัญในการกระตุ้น ศก.ท้องถิ่น ดึงดูด นทท. เผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมและประเพณีผ่านอาหารและดนตรีพื้นบ้าน รวมถึงช่วยเสริมสร้าง คสพ. รว. ไทย - เวียดนาม

4. The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) - มาเลเซียกาลังสร้างท่าเรือใหม่ที่รัฐเปอร์ลิส ด้วย งปม. 492 ล้านริงกิต โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มการค้ากับจีนและไทย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนการขยายการเชื่อมต่อทางรถไฟ ในภูมิภาค ซึ่งคาดว่าจะเเล้วเสร็จในไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปีนี้ โดยคาดว่าจะช่วยเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการรองรับ ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ของท่าเรือที่เมืองปาดังเบซาร์ ซึ่งมีจุดตรวจทางบกและทางรถไฟ รวมถึงเส้นทางรถไฟ เชื่อมชายฝั่งตะวันออก (ECRL) ที่จะเชื่อมมาเลเซียกับเครือข่ายรถไฟ Pan-Asia ของจีน

Reuters/Daily Mail (สหราชอาณาจักร) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / Bloomberg/AP (สหรัฐฯ) / ABC (ออสเตรเลีย) / หลายสานัก - รายงานสภาผู้แทนราษฎรไทยได้เปิดอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจ นรม.ไทย โดยฝ่ายค้านอภิปรายถึงการขาดคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดินของ นรม. และให้ อดีต นรม.ทักษิณฯ กลับมา ปทท. ได้ และมีอิทธิพลต่อนโยบายของ รบ. นอกจากนี้ ฝ่ายค้านอภิปรายถึงการหลบเลี่ยงภาษีของ นรม. ซึ่ง นรม. ปฏิเสธการกล่าวหาของฝ่ายค้าน ทั้งนี้ นักวิชาการวิเคราะห์ว่า รบ.และพรรคร่วม รบ. จะยังคงผ่านการอภิปรายครั้งนี้ไปได้ ซึ่งฝ่ายค้านใช้โอกาสในการอภิปรายเพื่อลด ความน่าเชื่อถือของ นรม.

Nikkei Asia (ญี่ปุ่น) - นายพริษฐ์ วัชรสินธุ สส.บัญชีรายชื่อพรรคประชาชน กล่าวว่า ฝ่ายค้านตั้งใจที่จะใช้การอภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจ ซักถามและกดดันพรรคเพื่อไทยในฐานะแกนนาพรรคร่วม รบ. ถึงนโยบายแก้ไข รธน. ปี 2560 ที่ รบ.ได้แถลงนโยบายต่อรัฐสภาเมื่อ ส.ค. 2567 ซี่ง นายพริษฐ์ฯ มองว่า การแก้ไข รธน.ฉบับนี้เป็นไปได้ยาก

Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / The Economic Times (อินเดีย) - กค.ไทย ได้เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นต่อ ร่าง พ.ร.บ.สถานบันเทิงครบวงจร รว. 28 ก.พ. - 14 มี.ค. 2568 พบว่า มีผู้เข้าร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นมากกว่า 70,000 คน โดยประมาณร้อยละ 80 เห็นด้วยกับร่าง กม. ฉบับดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ กค. จะนาข้อคิดเห็นที่ได้รับไปปรับปรุงก่อนนาเสนอต่อ ครม. เพื่อขอความเห็นชอบต่อไป

8. Vietnam Plus/The Investor (เวียดนาม) - รมว.พณ.ไทย เปิดเผยว่า การส่งออกของไทยในปี 2567 เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5.4 เมื่อเทียบกับปี 2566 และเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 13.6 ในเดือน ม.ค. 2568 ขณะที่ นทท.ต่างชาติ เดินทางเข้ามาในไทยประมาณ 36 ล้านคนในปี 2567 และคาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 39 ล้านคนในปีนี้ นอกจากนี้ การลงทุนภายใน ปท. ยังขยายตัวขึ้นร้อยละ 1.14 2567 โดยมีแนวโน้มที่เพิ่มขึ้นในปีนี้เช่นเดียวกัน รวมทั้งขอให้ทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้เสีย ซึ่งเกิดจากหนี้ครัวเรือนและหนี้นอกระบบ

CNN (สหรัฐฯ) / Al Jazeera (กาตาร์) / หลายสานัก - ครม.ด้านความมั่นคงของอิสราเอล ได้อนุมัติแผน จัดระเบียบการย้ายถิ่นฐานตามความสมัครใจ สาหรับชาวปาเลสไตน์ในฉนวนกาซาที่แสดงความจานงจะย้ายไป ปท.ที่สาม ซึ่งจะเป็นไปตาม กม.ของอิสราเอล กม.รปท. และสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของ ปธน.สหรัฐฯ โดยจะจัดตั้งหน่วยงานเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและอานวยความสะดวกแก่ชาวปาเลสไตน์
