สรุปประมวลท่าทีสื่อต่างประเทศต่อประเทศไทย ประจาวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568
โดยกรมสารนิเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ดังนี้
1. Global Times (จีน) - นรม.ไทย กล่าวว่า มาตรการของไทยในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมข้ามพรมแดนด้วยความร่วมมือกับจีนและเมียนมา ส่งผลเชิงบวกโดยสามารถจับกุมและส่งตัวผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มสแกมเมอร์บางส่วนกลับ ปท.ต้นทาง ซึ่งไทยจะยังคงหารือและร่วมมือกับจีนและเมียนมาในการปราบปรามการหลอกลวงข้ามพรมแดนอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง นอกจากนี้ นรม. มีกาหนดลงพื้นที่ จ.สระแก้ว ในวันที่ 28 ก.พ. 2568 เพื่อติดตามความคืบหน้าหลังได้รับความร่วมมือกับกัมพูชา

2. VOA (สหรัฐฯ) - โฆษกกองกาลังพิทักษ์ชายแดน (BGF) กล่าวว่า BGF ได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ที่เคยทางาน ในศูนย์สแกมเมอร์ในชเวโก๊กโก่ เมืองเมียวดี เมียนมา กว่า 6,000 คน แต่กระบวนการในการส่งตัวคนเหล่านี้กลับ ปท.ต้นทาง มีความซับซ้อนและดาเนินการไปอย่างล่าช้า แต่เดิม BGF มีแผนส่งกลับให้ได้วันละ 1,000 คน ซึ่งขณะนี้สามารถส่งกลับได้เพียงไม่กี่ร้อยคนในแต่ละครั้ง

3. Bernama/New Straits Times (มาเลเซีย) - รนรม./รมว.กห.ไทย พบหารือกับ รมว.กห.มาเลเซีย ในห้วง กปช.รมต.กห.อาเซียน ที่เมืองบาตู เฟอร์ริงกี มาเลเซีย โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องว่า ปท.สมาชิกอาเซียน ต้องมีความเข้มแข็งและมีความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในภูมิภาคให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ขณะที่ฝ่ายไทยได้แสดงความขอบคุณต่อมาเลเซียที่มีความร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา และจะสนับสนุนการส่งเสริม คสพ.ด้านกลาโหม รว.ไทย - มาเลเซีย อย่างเต็มที่ รวมถึงการเป็น ปธ.อาเซียน ของมาเลเซียในปีนี้

4. Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) / The Star (มาเลเซีย) - ปธ.จนท.บริหาร ของบริษัท Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation กล่าวว่า การแข่งขันในอุตสาหกรรม การพนันที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นในภูมิภาค อาจทาให้ฟิลิปปินส์เสียตาแหน่งจุดหมายปลายทางการพนันอันดับ 2 ในเอเชียรองจากมาเก๊าให้กับไทย เนื่องจากจานวน นทท. ที่เดินทางมาไทยมากกว่าฟิลิปปินส์ ทาให้ไทย มีความได้เปรียบในการดึงดูดนักพนันและนักลงทุน

5. Radio Free Asia/Benar News (สหรัฐฯ) / UCA News (ฮ่องกง) / Hindustan Times (อินเดีย) - องค์กร Boat People SOS (BPSOS) เปิดเผยว่า ตร.ไทย ได้บุกค้นงานศพใน จ.นนทบุรี และทาการจับกุม ผู้หนีภัยชาวมองตานญาด จานวน 68 คนภายในงาน ท่ามกลางความกังวลของ BPSOS ที่ชาวมองตานญาดดังกล่าวจะถูกละเมิดสิทธิมนุษยชนหากถูกส่งตัวกลับเวียดนาม พร้อมระบุว่า หลายคน ที่ถูกจับกุมมีบัตรผู้ลี้ภัยที่ออกโดย UNHCR/ปทท. โดย ตร. เปิดเผยว่า จากจานวนข้างต้นมี 43 คน ที่ถูกตั้งข้อหาเข้าเมืองโดยผิด กม. แต่ไม่ได้กล่าวถึงการส่งตัวกลับเวียดนามแต่อย่างใด

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / Bloomberg (สหรัฐฯ) / Nikkei Asia (ญี่ปุ่น) / CNA/The Business Times (สิงคโปร์) / Bernama (มาเลเซีย) / หลายสานัก - ทปช.ธปท. มีมติ 6 ต่อ 1 เสียง ให้ลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบายลงร้อยละ 0.25 เหลือร้อยละ 2 หลังจากที่ปรับลดครั้งล่าสุดที่ร้อยละ 0.25 เมื่อ ต.ค. 2567 โดยระบุว่า การปรับลดครั้งนี้เกิดจากการประเมินแนวโน้มการเติบโตของ GDP ที่ชะลอตัว และความไม่แน่นอนของนโยบายการค้าของ ปท.ศก.ขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งไม่ใช่แรงกดดันจาก รบ. หรือวัฏจักรดอกเบี้ยขาลงแต่อย่างใด

7. Viet Nam News/Vietnam Plus (เวียดนาม) / SCMP (ฮ่องกง) - รองโฆษกประจาสานัก นรม.ไทย เปิดเผยว่า ปัจจุบันผู้ค้ายาเสพติดกาลังพัฒนายาเสพติดสังเคราะห์ขึ้นมาใหม่ เพื่อดึงดูดผู้เสพทั้งรายใหม่ และรายเก่า โดยล่าสุดมีการขายบุหรี่ซอมบี้ซึ่งผสมสารเอโทมีเดทที่ใช้เป็นยาสลบในทางการแพทย์ หากใช้ผิดวิธีจะส่งผลเสียต่อร่างกายและเสียชีวิตได้ โดยปัจจุบันบุหรี่ดังกล่าวมีจาหน่ายอย่างแพร่หลาย ตามสถานบันเทิง โดยเฉพาะย่านทองหล่อ รวมถึงบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ทั้งนี้ นรม. ได้มี กปช. ร่วมกับหน่วยงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปราบปรามบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าให้หมดไป หลังเยาวชนใน ปท. กลายเป็นผู้เสพหน้าใหม่เพิ่มมากขึ้น

AP (สหรัฐฯ) / Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / CGTN (จีน) / SCMP (ฮ่องกง) / Al Jazeera (กาตาร์) / หลายสานัก - รถบัสโดยสารที่นาคณะศึกษาดูงานจากเทศบาล ต.พรเจริญ จ.บึงกาฬ เกิดอุบัติเหตุพลิกคว่า ในพื้นที่ จ.ปราจีนบุรี ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตอย่างน้อย 18 ราย และบาดเจ็บอีก 31 คน โดย นรม. สั่งการให้ คค. ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว และหากมีการใช้รถที่ไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานหรือเข้าข่ายประมาท จะมีการดาเนินคดีต่อไป

AP/The New York Times (สหรัฐฯ) / BBC/The Guardian (สหราชอาณาจักร) / หลายสานัก - นรม.สหราชอาณาจักร ประกาศการตัดลด งปม. ความช่วยเหลือ รปท. ของ ปท. เพื่อนาไปเพิ่ม งปม. ด้านกลาโหมให้มากขึ้น อยู่ที่ร้อยละ 2.5 ของ GDP ภายในปี 2570 ซึ่งท่าทีดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นก่อนที่ นรม.ฯ จะเดินทางไปยังสหรัฐฯ เพื่อพบหารือกับ ปธน.สหรัฐฯ หลังจากที่การพบหารือกัน รว. ปธน.ฝรั่งเศส และ ปธน.สหรัฐฯ ไม่มีความคืบหน้ามากนักในประเด็นของสงครามรัสเซีย - ยูเครน นอกจากนี้ นรม.ฯ ยืนยันถึงความสาคัญของสหรัฐฯ ในการสนับสนุนความมั่นคงอย่างยั่งยืนในยูเครน
