GBC ไทย - กพช. สมัยวิสามัญ ที่กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ โดยมี มซ. จีน และสหรัฐฯ เข้าร่วมในฐานะผู้สังเกตการณ์ ทั้งสอง ปท. เห็นพ้องที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง 13 ข้อ ในการหยุดยิงอย่างเคร่งครัด หลีกเลี่ยงการยั่วยุ และจัดตั้งคณะสังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราวที่ดาเนินการในดินแดนของตนประกอบด้วย จนท. ด้านความมั่นคงจาก ปท. สมาชิกอาเซียน โดยมี มซ. เป็นผู้ประสานงาน จนกว่าจะมีการจัดตั้งคณะสังเกตการณ์อย่างเป็นทางการจากอาเซียน

2. Bernama/The Sun (มาเลเซีย) - พล.อ. ณัฐพล นาคพาณิชย์ รมช.กห. ไทย กล่าวขอบคุณมาเลเซีย ในฐานะ ปธ. อาเซียน ที่ได้ประสานงานและอานวยความสะดวกให้ กปช. GBC ไทย - กพช. สมัยวิสามัญ สาเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ด้วยดี ซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยให้ทั้งสอง ปท. สามารถคลี่คลายปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง ขณะที่ รมว.มท. มซ. กล่าวว่า ผู้นา ปท. สมาชิกอาเซียนเห็นพ้องให้ มซ. ดาเนินบทบาทคนกลางในความขัดแย้งของทั้งสอง ปท. ต่อไป เห็นชอบกลไกทวิภาคีในการแก้ไขปัญหา และมีแผนหารือเพิ่มเติมในอนาคตต่อไป

Newsmax (สหรัฐฯ) / Big News Network (สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์) / Xinhua/CGTN (จีน) - รมว.กต. สหรัฐฯ กล่าวว่า ปธน. สหรัฐฯ ได้ช่วยไกล่เกลี่ยข้อตกลงหยุดยิง รว. ไทยและ กพช. พร้อมแสดงความขอบคุณ นรม. มซ. สาหรับภาวะผู้นาและการเป็นเจ้าภาพกระบวนการหยุดยิง โดยสหรัฐฯ หวังว่าจะได้สนับสนุน มซ. อาเซียน และทั้งสอง ปท. ในกระบวนการนี้ต่อไป ขณะที่โฆษก กต. จีน ยินดีไทยและ กพช. บรรลุข้อตกลง กลไกการติดตาม และการดาเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องตามข้อตกลงหยุดยิง โดยขณะนี้สถานการณ์ ตามแนวชายแดนของทั้งสอง ปท. ยังคงผ่อนคลายลง ซึ่งพิสูจน์ว่าการเจรจาเป็นหนทางที่ถูกต้อง ในการแก้ไขข้อพิพาท

4. The Jakarta Post (อินโดนีเซีย) - นักวิเคราะห์มองว่า ข้อตกลงหยุดยิงไทยกับ กพช. ใน กปช. ที่ มซ. เมื่อ 28 ก.ค. 2568 อาจจะยุติความรุนแรงได้ชั่วคราวจนกว่าปัญหาที่แท้จริงในเรื่องความไว้วางใจ และเรื่องเขตแดนจะได้รับการแก้ไข จึงเสนอให้อาเซียนเข้ามามีบทบาทในการตรวจสอบข้อตกลงหยุดยิง มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะ อซ. และ สป. ซึ่งมีเทคโนโลยีดาวเทียมขั้นสูง ทั้งยังเป็นบททดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือ ของอาเซียนเองด้วย รวมถึงไทยและ กพช. ต้องมีการยุติการเคลื่อนย้ายกาลังทหารอย่างสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ การที่ทั้งสอง ปท. มีสื่อที่ฝักใฝ่ชาตินิยมซึ่งใช้ภาษาด้วยอารมณ์และยั่วยุ โดยมักโทษอีกฝ่ายว่าละเมิดดินแดนหรืออ้างความอยุติธรรมทางประวัติศาสตร์ หาก รบ. ทั้งสองฝ่ายไม่ให้คามั่นว่าจะควบคุมวาทกรรม ชาตินิยมสุดโต่ง ความคิดเห็นสาธารณะอาจบ่อนทาลายกระบวนการสันติภาพได้เช่นกัน

The New York Times (สหรัฐฯ) - แม้สหรัฐฯ จะกาหนดอัตราภาษีสาหรับไทย กพช. และ วน. ไว้ที่ร้อยละ 19 - 20 แต่ ปท. เหล่านี้กาลังเผชิญกับความไม่แน่นอนเนื่องจากการเจรจายังยืดเยื้อ และความกังวล ในรายละเอียดของอัตราภาษีร้อยละ 40 สาหรับสินค้าจีนที่ลาเลียงผ่าน ปท. ที่สาม (transshipment) โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นที่ว่า สินค้าที่มีวัตถุดิบจากจีนคิดเป็นสัดส่วนเท่าไหร่จึงจะเข้าข่ายกรณีดังกล่าว ซึ่งสหรัฐฯ เองก็ไม่ได้ชี้แจงอย่างชัดเจน ประเด็นนี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อ อช.ตอ.ฉต. เพราะผู้ผลิตจากจีนจานวนมากได้มาตั้งโรงงานในภูมิภาคนี้ และสินค้าหลายชนิดก็ใช้วัตถุดิบจากจีน อย่างไรก็ตาม จนท. ของไทยยังมีมุมมองเชิงบวกว่า ไทยอาจได้รับประโยชน์จาก นยบ. การค้าของ ปธน. ทรัมป์ในระยะยาว โดยยกตัวอย่างผู้ผลิต ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าจีน มีแนวโน้มจะยังคงอยู่ในไทย และสุดท้ายก็จะต้องทางานร่วมกับ รบ. ไทยเพื่อเพิ่ม ความเป็น “ไทย” ให้กับธุรกิจของตน

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / CNA (สิงคโปร์) - ผลสารวจดัชนีความเชื่อมั่นผู้บริโภคไทยในเดือน ก.ค. 2568 จัดทาโดย ม. หอการค้าไทยอยู่ที่ระดับ 51.7 ลดลงจาก 52.7 ในเดือนก่อนหน้า ถือเป็นการลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นเดือนที่ 6 และต่าที่สุดในรอบ 31 เดือน เนื่องจากความกังวลต่อมาตรการทางภาษี ของสหรัฐฯ และความไม่แน่นอนทางการเมืองใน ปท. โดยเฉพาะเสถียรภาพของ รบ. หลังจากที่ศาล รธน. สั่งพักงาน นรม./รมว.วธ. เป็นการชั่วคราว
