2. Bernama/The Sun (มาเลเซีย) - ลธก. อาเซียน กล่าวว่า โครงการก่อสร้างสะพานคู่ขนานข้ามแม่น้าโก-ลก เป็นก้าวสาคัญในการเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมโยงระดับภูมิภาค และการบูรณาการทาง ศก. ภายในอาเซียน แม้จะเป็นโครงการทวิภาคี รว. ไทย - มาเลเซีย แต่การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานใน ปท. สมาชิกอาเซียน ต่างมีส่วนช่วยให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของประชาคม ศก. อาเซียน

Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / The Straits Times (สิงคโปร์) - รมว.กต. ไทย เปิดเผยว่า สิ่งที่เมียนมาต้องการมากที่สุดจากเหตุแผ่นดินไหวครั้งล่าสุดคือ รพ. สนาม ที่พักพิงชั่วคราว มุ้ง อาหาร เครื่องกรองน้า และน้าสะอาด โดยมีความห่วงกังวลเรื่องโรคติดต่อในหมู่ผู้ประสบภัยอันเนื่องมาจากสภาพอากาศที่ร้อน โดยไทยจะบริหารจัดการ คชล. ที่เมืองมัณฑะเลย์ และจัดทาแผนช่วยเหลือเมียนมาระยะกลางและระยะยาว รวมถึงการฟื้นฟูพื้นที่ที่ได้รับความเสียหาย

5. VnExpress (เวียดนาม) - ในไตรมาสแรกของปี 2568 เวียดนามได้ต้อนรับ นทท. ชาวจีน 1.9 ล้านคน ขณะที่ไทยต้อนรับ 1.3 ล้านคน ซึ่งลดลงร้อยละ 24 เมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเวลาเดียวกันของปีที่แล้ว โดย รบ. ไทย กาลังพิจารณาปรับเป้าหมายเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน จากเดิมที่เคยประมาณการไว้ที่ 8 ล้านคนในปีนี้

Vietnam Plus/The Investor (เวียดนาม) - ปธ. สภาอุตฯ ไทย ประเมินว่า ปทท. อาจสูญเสียรายได้ประมาณ 9 แสนล้านบาท จากการที่สหรัฐฯ เก็บภาษีตอบโต้สินค้าส่งออกของไทยที่ร้อยละ 36 โดย อก. ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับผลกระทบหนักที่สุด ได้แก่ ยานยนต์ อาหาร พลาสติก เคมีภัณฑ์ เหล็ก อะลูมิเนียม สิ่งทอ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเครื่องจักรกล พร้อมแนะนาให้ รบ. เร่งเจรจากับสหรัฐฯ เพื่อลดภาษีนาเข้าสินค้า จากสหรัฐฯ และพิจารณาออกใบรับรองแหล่งกาเนิดสินค้าที่ผลิตใน ปทท.

AP (สหรัฐฯ) / Reuters (สหราชอาณาจักร) / หลายสานัก - ปธน. ยูเครน เปิดเผยว่า กองทัพยูเครน ได้จับกุมชายชาวจีน 2 คนที่ร่วมต่อสู้กับกองทัพรัสเซียบนดินแดนยูเครน โดยยังมีข้อมูลชาวจีนอีก 155 คน ที่ร่วมต่อสู้ในสงครามรัสเซีย - ยูเครน ซึ่งเป็นครั้งแรกที่ยูเครนกล่าวหาเกี่ยวกับทหารจีนในสงครามฯ โดยยูเครนยินดีที่จะแลกเปลี่ยนทหารทั้ง 2 คนกับทหารยูเครนที่ถูกคุมขังในรัสเซีย
